VSCA Weekly Activities

Members enjoy fun exercises and cultural activities to maintain good physical, mental health, and preservation of Vietnamese culture. Men and women from the age of 55 can join as Member and participate any or all the programs on Tuesdays weekly

​• 10:00 – 11:00 am:  Yoga & light exercise
• 11:00 – 11:15 am:    Morning tea
• 11:15 – 12:00 pm:   Zumba 
• 12:00 – 01:00 pm:  Lunch (BYO)
• 01:00 – 02:00 pm:  Group Choir
• 03:00 – 04:00 pm: Line dance
• 02:00 – 03:00 pm: Traditional dance
• 03:00 – 04:20 pm:  Karaoke,
• 10:00 – 04:20 pm: Table tennis, chess and chat

Important Reminders: All members should leave at 4:30pm (Center closing time)
